Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at lloydlapidus69@gmail.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
